Everyone meet Tyler Publicover.

Studying to be a fashion journalist at the University of King's College in Halifax, Tyler is bringing various elements to Reginald Magazine. He is a quirky, passionate and an entertaining writer ready to show the world he knows what he's talking about. In our first issue, Tyler will chat to us about summer styles for men. But who said women couldn't take his advice... not us, go for it girls!

real people in real clothing

On the weekend we shot our True Beauty Fashion shoot for the first issue of RM, which was a huge success! There is so much to learn everyday from the people around you and so much to be thankful for. Our three beautiful models for the day were Olivia, Drew and Tosan from Halifax! They were extremely energetic and radiant, so it made our job easy. A big thank you goes out to Foreign Affair on Barrington Street and House of Moda for providing us with beautiful pieces to make the shoot complete! Here are a few teasers from the shoot, I hope you all enjoy! We cannot wait to share the feature with all of you in our issue next month!

AFW

Atlantic Fashion Week was yet another success. Bringing together Atlantic Canada's fashion connoisseurs, designers, professionals, photographers and lovers. AFW is always a great time to bond with ones that share common interests. The team of Reginald Magazine thoroughly enjoyed watching the shows and cannot wait to see what next year will bring. We have carefully chosen some of our favourite designs from the shows and hope that you enjoy taking a look! Our first issue of RM, which is being released the beginning of July will have full coverage of AFW - so don't miss out.

AFW states, "we are committed to supporting the budding and well-known fashion designers of both the Atlantic Canada region as well as our Canadian National designers and our goal is to honor the evolving artists of this city and to display their brilliant creations for everyone to appreciate". I hope you are able to join Reginald Magazine and the rest of Atlantic Canada's fashion focused people next year at AFW. Hope to see you there!

The last outfit that Dustin and Taye styled at HIM Boutique was something very simple but at the same time, knock out. We like simple here at Reginald Magazine. There is something about putting on a plain v-neck with naked jeans that just feels right. Of course we can't forget to throw on a fedora and some jewels.
